Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RMA Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. To request an RMA, email us at returns@apexauto.parts with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation

1-Year Warranty

All products sold by Apex Auto Parts carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Damage from misuse, improper installation, racing, or modification is not covered.
