Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Auto Parts website (apexauto.parts) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our site is accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 5–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Electrical components
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance items

Warranty

All products sold by Apex Auto Parts carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, racing, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require inspection or photos of the defective part.

Vehicle Compatibility

Fitment information provided on our website is for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your specific vehicle before purchase. We recommend using the My Garage feature to check fitment. Apex Auto Parts is not liable for parts ordered for incompatible vehicles.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Apex Auto Parts or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
